Vida brings 34 years of commercial experience, having spent eleven years as a Board Director at Europe's largest FTSE-listed office products wholesaler. Vida is an inspirational leader known for excellent communication and engagement across all levels.

David Langdown

David Langdown is a serial entrepreneur who brings over 30 years' experience creating and developing new businesses. His 15 years as Managing Director of one the UK's leading dealer groups have seen him drive differentiation and growth for customers. A Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing, David combines creativity with pragmatism to engineer marketing that fosters flourishing businesses.

LEONA BARR-JONES

A successful business owner by age twenty, and with a varied 21-year military career including five years at the MoD on Whitehall, Leona has developed first class leadership and management skills. She has managed the successful implementation of major change programmes both in the UK and worldwide, including on behalf of Transport for London in collaboration with the 2012 Olympics.

Aarti Parmar

Aarti Parmar believes a brand must be clear on the inside to shine on the outside. She started a creative agency when she was only 24, which led to a 15-year journey in branding and mindfulness. Her Brand Mindfulness concept evolved, and she's using it to help small businesses build beautiful brands – inside and out.

Chrissy Norwich

Chrissy has 20+ years experience providing great client service and creative marketing project direction, driving optimum solutions for her clients' business success. Ensuring a strong client partnership and understanding to strategically initiate, develop and deliver across all channels, with the target audience mindset firmly in sight. Chrissy has worked with many high profile brands and services, and works well with the Client Service and Creative Team to ensure best output.

Bridget oversees operations and ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the business, enabling Focus7 to continue to provide our services to our clients.

Yolanda Rugg

Yolanda is a champion for the East Anglia business scene. The former Chamber Chief Exec is adept in strategic business development and loves thinking laterally to find innovative ways to generate income streams.

Milda Rowlinson

As Head of Creative, Milda supports Directors and clients with brand and marketing strategy, its practical implementation projects across businesses, and facilitates Brand Activation workshops. Her extensive experience in brand and marketing strategy, graphic and digital design, user experience optimisation and digital project management has contributed to a more streamlined digital communication and corporate presence for a multitude of companies.

Dawn Saltmer

Dawn heads up our business automation team, and is highly skilled in managing software and training clients in its use. As a Keap Certified Partner, Dawn can structure your data and CRM system to their optimum effect, and to train, onboard and support you on an ongoing basis.

Char Bryce

Char expertly drives project delivery as Focus7's Account Manager bringing years of experience in SaaS sales, software implementation and project management across SMEs and global organisations. She's bringing her extensive knowledge in sales processes, customer engagement and client retention alongside her passion for understanding your business and desire to help you succeed.
